
Refund PolicyYour Out subscription is a recurring plan that you will be automatically billed for every 30 days until you choose to cancel.
If you would like to downgrade or cancel your plan before your next billing cycle, you can do so by going
to your settings panel -> billing -> cancel or manage your subscription.
For most cases, your Out subscription is not refundable. However, if you believe you have a specialized case, such
that it is an issue on our end (bugs, issues), we request that you email us with the required documentation. This includes
a video demonstrating the issue, screenshots, or any other supporting evidence.
